Who we are

Targetboard (“we”, “us”) is an invite-only business development operations workspace operated at targetboard.app. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit our site, request access, or use a provisioned workspace.

Information we collect

Website visitors may submit company name, contact name, email, team size, and notes through the Request access form. Authenticated users store account details (username, display name, email), job pipeline data, checklists, KPIs, proposals, playbook content, and AI companion chat history within their company workspace.

We also process technical logs needed to run the service (for example IP-based rate limiting on public forms and login attempts, and standard server access logs).

How we use information

We use access-request details to evaluate and respond to workspace requests. We use workspace data to provide Targetboard features you configure (reminders, Slack reports, Bid Forge, companion, exports). Platform SMTP sends transactional email such as access notifications, password resets, and digests when those features are enabled.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data stays within your invite-only tenant except where you connect third-party services (for example Slack webhooks or SMTP providers) or where we use processors strictly to host and operate the product. Access requests are delivered to our operations inbox so we can provision your company.

Retention & security

Workspace data is retained while your company remains active. Backups may retain archived copies for a limited period. We use HTTPS, session cookies marked Secure, role-based access, and rate limits on sensitive endpoints. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your choices

Workspace admins can manage users and content inside Targetboard. To request deletion of an access request, account, or company workspace, email hello@targetboard.app. We will respond within a reasonable period.
