Agreement
By accessing targetboard.app or using a Targetboard workspace, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Invite-only service
Targetboard is not a public self-serve SaaS. Access requires a provisioned company workspace and individual accounts created by an admin. We may accept or decline access requests at our discretion.
Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your accounts. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape or abuse AI features, or upload unlawful content. You must have rights to any knowledge-base materials, job data, and personal information you store in Targetboard.
AI features
Bid Forge and the AI companion generate drafts and coaching suggestions from context you provide. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any proposals or actions before sending them to clients or teammates.
Availability & changes
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify features, suspend abuse, or retire the service with reasonable notice when practicable. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Targetboard, including reliance on AI-generated content.
